REFLEXOLOGY: is based on the theory that a map of the body can be found on the feet, hands and ears by applying gentle thumb and finger pressure on to specific areas called "reflex points", which correspond to all areas of the body to assist in achieving balance within the body.
REIKI is a gentle art of hands on healing. With this modality the practitioner acts as a channel (conduit) for energy to fow through one into another. Reiki f ows to the area of the body where it is most needed, helping to bring an individual physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually into balance.
